In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for resolving technical issues by providing timely troubleshooting, guidance, and support for computers, networks, and related systems. You’ll deliver clear, customer-focused assistance while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform laptop imaging and deployment.</li> <li>Conduct basic IP and network connectivity troubleshooting.</li> <li>Create and manage user accounts within a Microsoft domain environment.</li> <li>Add and remove computers from the domain.</li> <li>Assign users to appropriate groups and apply necessary permissions.</li> <li>Create and manage Exchange mailboxes.</li> <li>Diagnose and resolve user email-related issues.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and configure printers, including mapping shared printers.</li> <li>Document all support actions and troubleshooting steps for reporting and tracking purposes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">Minimum Qualifications:</h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li>An Active, in-scope US Government issued&nbsp;<strong>Secret</strong> clearance.</li> <li>Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements,&nbsp;<strong>US Citizenship is required.</strong></li> <li>Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience with IT systems.</li> <li>Must have a minimum of four (4) years in IT customer support.</li> <li>Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a military environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Must have <strong>one (1)</strong> of the following required certifications: A+CE or CCNA-Security or CND or Network+ CE or SSCP.</li> <li>Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">Education:</h2> <ul> <li>Associate’s degree in Networking, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
