Hiring Task-Based Helpers for Seniors in Sacramento – Territory based Ambassadors

We are seeking Helpers and caregivers for private, non-medical senior care in <strong>Sacramento, CA, 95608, 95762, 95648, 95621.</strong> This role involves assisting with easy, everyday tasks and providing companionship. Ideal for gig workers looking for flexible, one-time tasks rather than full-time employment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour Plus bonus</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Start Date: Enrolling now for August Launch&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p> <p>We offer various openings for Helpers who can assist with non-medical senior care needs. You can choose the tasks you prefer and the clients you want to work with. Examples of tasks include:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>- Companionship</p> <p>- Light housekeeping</p> <p>- Transportation/errands</p> <p>- Basic assistance with TV, computers, or other devices</p> <p>- Activities at home (e.g., board games, crafts, light gardening)</p> <p>- Attending events outside the home (e.g., religious services, community events, shopping)</p> <p>- Mobility assistance</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Ambassador Helper Program:</strong></p> <p>For those who sign up to be an Ambassador Helper you will act as an Ambassador for the launch of our new Helpers role, we offer a base pay of $300 a week. As an Ambassador, you will help promote the Helpers role and assist in ensuring customers have a great first time experience.</p> <p>&nbsp;These roles are limited.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Helper will provide the following services:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Helper will respond to customer(s) within 5 minutes of request via the Herewith portal. Failure to do so could result in termination of contract.</li> <li>&nbsp;Helpers are required to arrive on time for all scheduled customer requests.</li> <li>&nbsp;Helpers will do their best to ensure the customer has a great first experience and all service needs are met.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Payment Schedule:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Helpers will be paid $300/week via ACH. Weekly payment will be made within 5 working days.</li> <li><strong>Variable Compensation</strong><strong>&nbsp; </strong>You will be eligible for discretionary payments based on customers rate of pay for Helper tasks.
