The Role:

- Facilitate Debate: Create a classroom environment that encourages lively debate and discussion, challenging students to think critically and express their ideas effectively.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the planning and delivery of a stimulating History curriculum that incorporates a variety of sources, perspectives, and historical interpretations.
- Pastoral Involvement: Play an active role in the pastoral care of students, supporting their well-being and personal development.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Teacher: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for History education.
- Subject Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of historical periods, themes, and research methodologies.
- Engaging Educator: Employ innovative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
