Job Title: United Arab Emirates Local Nominee Director

Scope of Services: 

• Act as the UAE-resident nominee director for the client’s company, fulfilling the local regulatory requirement.
• Handle the necessary paperwork and documentation related to the appointment of a local resident director.
• Support online bank account opening by signing relevant documents, if needed.
• Ensure basic compliance with UAE legal and regulatory requirements in the nominee capacity.

Note: Any tasks beyond the nominee scope (such as physical presence at a bank or administrative work) will be considered additional services. These can be discussed separately with the client. Flatfee will assist in arranging any such discussions.

Requirements: 

• Must be a UAE local resident or citizen.
• Preferably Attorney or licensed CPA.

Vendor Fee Proposal:

• Payment: $150.00 per month (total $1800 per year)
• Payment Terms: Paid within 10 days after month-end or once the monthly recurring job is marked as completed.
• Duration: 1-year term

Documentation Process:

1. Local Director Agreement (with the client and Flatfee).
2. Appointment Letter (signed by the client).
3. Acceptance of Office (signed by you).
4. Resignation Letter (signed by you with the date left blank, held by us for potential termination purposes).
