We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to coordinate and schedule home care services for our clients. This position plays a vital role in connecting caregivers with clients, ensuring high-quality and timely care.

Location: AdvisaCare office (on-site position)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily scheduling of caregivers and client appointments.
  • Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm availability and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle scheduling conflicts and emergencies professionally.
  • Support recruitment efforts by assisting in onboarding and training when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in healthcare or home care services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
  • Comfortable with using scheduling software and MS Office.
