This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys a peaceful, one-on-one environment; the home is <strong data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="225">pet-free, organized, and managed by a very supportive and kind father.</strong> The client is <strong data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="310">non-verbal but mobile</strong>, requiring a nurse who is proficient in <strong data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="372">Tracheostomy and G-Tube care</strong> while being active enough to accompany him on outdoor walks and engage with his love for music.</p> <hr data-path-to-node="2"> <h3 data-path-to-node="3"><strong data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="0">Care Requirements &amp; Personality</strong></h3> <p data-path-to-node="4">Our client is an active young man who communicates non-verbally and thrives on routine. Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Clinical Care:</strong> Expert management of a <strong data-path-to-node="5,0,0" data-index-in-node="38">Tracheostomy</strong> (suctioning, site care) and <strong data-path-to-node="5,0,0" data-index-in-node="79">G-Tube</strong> (feedings and medications).</li> <li data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Safety &amp; Mobility:</strong> Providing standby assistance and supervision while he moves about the home or enjoys the outdoors.</li> <li data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Engagement:</strong> He has a deep love for <strong data-path-to-node="5,2,0" data-index-in-node="35">music</strong> and spending time outside.
