At HavenHub, your leadership will directly influence our growth and success—and you'll be recognized and rewarded for it.</p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>$25–$27/hour (depending on experience)</li> <li>Uncapped commissions + bonuses</li> <li>Average monthly bonus: $1,200 – $4,500</li> <li>Estimated total compensation: $70,000 – $100,000+</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead with Purpose:</strong> Motivate and guide a team of canvassers to exceed goals and perform at their best.</li> <li><strong>Be Hands-On:</strong> This is an active role. You’ll walk neighborhoods, knock doors, and lead by example in the field.</li> <li><strong>Start from the Ground Up:</strong> All managers begin with entry-level canvassing training to build a strong foundation.</li> <li><strong>Coach &amp; Develop:</strong> Provide consistent mentorship, feedback, and clear direction to help your team grow.</li> <li><strong>Engage Homeowners:</strong> Train your team to build trust and start meaningful conversations that lead to quality appointments.</li> <li><strong>Deliver Results:</strong> Set and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.</li> <li><strong>Team Transport:</strong> At some point in the role, you may be responsible for driving a company vehicle to move your team between canvassing locations. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time: 40 hours/week</li> <li>Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday (flexibility may be required)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Inland Empire region</li> <li>Field-based role with local travel required</li> </ul>
