Hong Kong Broker - Consultant

THE POSITION:

We are looking to add a consultant to our Hong Kong subsidiary. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Company's brokerage operations in Hong Kong by maintaining the required broker licensing and regulatory presence.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Serve as a Director of the Company's Hong Kong subsidiary during the term of the engagement.
• Maintain the required broker license(s) with the Company, as permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with licensing, regulatory, and compliance matters as reasonably requested.
• Execute documents and filings related to the Company's Hong Kong brokerage operations, as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Hong Kong real estate broker license in good standing.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong real estate licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Luxury real estate and auction experience preferred.

COMPENSATION

This is a consulting engagement compensated through a monthly consulting fee.
