Our team approach strives to address practical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care, with the goal to maximize quality of life for our patients, caregivers and families.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If you are a Certified HHA come join our Hospice team!</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This position offers competitive pay, generous benefits, car lending program and a supportive work environment.&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p>We are currently seeking&nbsp;a&nbsp;full time<strong>&nbsp;Hospice Aide&nbsp;to </strong>provide personal care services to our hospice patients.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Schedule:</strong></span></p> <p>5 days a week including weekends; 8:30am - 5:00pm; start times are flexible</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Location:</strong></span></p> <p>San Francisco County&nbsp;<strong><br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em>**MUST HAVE HHA LICENSE**</em></span></strong></p> <p><em><strong>By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.</strong></em><br><br><strong><u>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities include&nbsp;</u></strong>(but are not limited to):</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Assist patient in bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair as needed</li> <li>Assist patient in and out of bed and with ambulation</li> <li>Turn patient in bed, position for comfort, and change bed linen</li> <li>Assist with prescribed exercises as directed</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Education/Experience</u>:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Completion of an approved Home Health Aide training program.</strong></li> <li>Experience in hospice or home health preferred.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:</u></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Completion of an approved Home Health Aide (HHA) training program.
