We are need of a Part Time<strong>&nbsp;night shift 7pm-7am </strong>LPN with an alternating schedule of week 1: be Monday and Saturday, week 2: Sunday and Thursday.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Take and keep track of residents’ vital signs such as weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration</li> <li>Prepare and give patients injections and enemas, monitor catheters and dress wounds, as needed</li> <li>Assess present and potential problems, needs and resources of the resident and communicates this to the Hospice House Case Manager&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Pay: 35/hr. - 40/hr.
