<p><span data-contrast="none">We are looking for an experienced Per Diem Nurse Practitioner</span><span data-contrast="none"> to provide face-to-face assessments care to hospice patients in the Gwinnett, GA</span><strong> </strong><span data-contrast="none">region. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
