This role requires strong clinical assessment and prioritization as you work as a team player with patients, colleagues, and families. As a <strong>Hospice RN Case Manager</strong>, you will possess strong communication skills. In addition, you will provide an understanding of medication and symptom management.&nbsp;</p> <p>Pay rate: $40/hr. - $55/hr.
