- Previous experience in a host, reception, guest services or customer-facing hospitality role
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in busy service environments
- Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and event days
- Experience within premium, luxury or lifestyle hospitality environments
- Experience using reservations systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable or similar
- Experience within restaurant, hotel, event or stadium hospitality operations
- Experience working with VIP guests and premium service environments
