IGC Is seeking an experienced and driven individual for our Host position. We’re looking for someone who is a service focused multi-tasker, with strong guest service skills, who is committed to providing a high-quality experience to our patrons.</p> <p><strong>Host/Hostess Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide an excellent initial experience to patrons by greeting them and guiding them to their table in a very gracious manner</li> <li>Provide patrons with menus and answer any initial questions they may have</li> <li>Coordinate with server staff to ensure timely greeting of patrons</li> <li>Optimize dining room seating and coordinate with server and bar staff to ensure even and fair workload</li> <li>Answer phone and assist with reservation requests and questions</li> <li>Assist with member shop sales</li> <li>Maintain a clean reception area</li> </ul> <p><strong>Host/Hostess Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Previous Host / Host Experience at a fine dining restaurant</li> <li>Ability to walk / stand for long hours.</li> <li>Exemplifies a history of service excellence</li> <li>Extremely personable and have excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area</li> <li>Available to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends</li> </ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical/Dental/Vision insurance</li> <li>No Cost Teladoc Services (Mental Health Counseling/Dermatology/PT)</li> <li>Paid time off</li> <li>Employee discount</li> </ul> <p>Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
