Job Description


The Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for all guests and is responsible for the coordination of all reservations, made either by the reservations department or in person. The Host/Hostess is the first person that radiates the energy and warmth of Scorpios, making this position very crucial for the overall guest experience in Scorpios.

Responsibilities:



    Guest Welcome and Seating:


    •  Extend a warm welcome to guests, setting a positive tone for their Scorpios experience.
    •   Efficiently manage guest seating, considering diverse preferences and needs.


    Reservation Management:


    •    Assist in optimizing seating arrangements through effective reservation handling.
    •    Collaborate with the team to accommodate special requests and preferences.

     

    Guest Interaction:

    •   Engage with guests in a personable manner, enhancing their overall experience
    •   Address inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.


    Collaboration with Departments:


    • Work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

     

    Requirements:


    • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
    • Multicultural perspective and sensitivity.
    • Genuine passion in providing exceptional service.
    • Excellent communication skills for guest interactions.
    • Fluency in English. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
    • Flexibility during peak operational periods.
