As the first point of contact for guests, the Host plays a critical role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring exceptional service from arrival to departure.</p> <p>Set within Paso Robles' Willow Creek District, San Simeon Estate combines coastal-inspired cuisine, estate-grown wines, and elevated hospitality. We are looking for team members who are professional, organized, and passionate about delivering genuine hospitality.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities- </strong><em>Current duties may be changed if job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.</em><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Welcome guests and provide a gracious first impression.</li> <li>Manage reservations and seating assignments using Tock.</li> <li>Coordinate guest flow between the tasting room, dining areas, and outdoor spaces.</li> <li>Communicate wait times and assist with special requests.</li> <li>Support servers and management to ensure seamless service.</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness and presentation of entry, host stand, and guest areas.</li> <li>Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries regarding experiences, wine club benefits, and events.</li> <li>Assist with merchandise and wine sales as needed.</li> <li>Uphold San Simeon Estate service standards and brand values.</li> <li>Greet guests with “welcome” wine.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications-</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be 21+</li> <li>Weekend and holiday availability required.</li> <li>Friendly, professional, and highly organized.</li> <li>Strong communication and multitasking skills.</li> <li>Team-oriented and attentive to detail.</li> <li>Fast, efficient, and proactive in anticipating needs.</li> <li>Takes pride in maintaining a clean and polished environment.</li> <li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li> <li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li> <li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications-</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous restaurant, winery, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$19</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$20 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <p><em>At Riboli Family Wines, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and we are committed to an environment of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion.
