Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career</p> <hr> <p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Welcome every member by name and guest with open arms and in a hospitable manner. &nbsp;</li> <li>Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage the Opera/OpenTable booking system to ensure members are seated according to their correct booking. &nbsp;</li> <li>In real-time ensure that any member related concerns are addressed and action items have been set, and management team have been notified. &nbsp;</li> <li>Build relationships with members and guest. Communicate red flags and positive feedback to management and wider team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Support floor team to prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery and glasses. &nbsp;</li> <li>Have an outstanding knowledge of our menus to provide detailed information on the food, drink, allergies and pairings. &nbsp;</li> <li>Resolve member complaints, handling all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. &nbsp;</li> <li>Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially when serving VIPs and PWKs.</li> <li>Contribute to team success, attending briefings, tastings, and assisting colleagues where needed.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p> <ul> <li>2 - 3 years’ experience in similar capacity</li> <li>Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure</li> <li>Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests</li> <li>Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School</li> <li>Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed</li> <li>Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
