Huber’s People is a leading resource agency for events and promotions across Switzerland. We are seeking dynamic and personable individuals to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply and be a key part of our hospitality team.
Tasks
- Warm welcoming and registration of guests
- Professional wardrobe management
- Handling guest inquiries with professionalism, addressing minor issues, and escalating when necessary are part of your duties
- Collaboration with the team to provide exceptional service and supporting colleagues during busy periods is essential
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer service orientation
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is desirable
- Preferably student of a hotel management school
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluency in German or French, very good knowledge of English
