As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of our community, ensuring that our residents feel proud to call it home.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong>As a Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness throughout the community, including amenities, clubhouse(s), offices, and apartments, in accordance with our standards.</p> <ul> <li>Complete daily tasks assigned by the Community and Service Managers to ensure efficient operations.</li> <li>Follow product safety labels, community policies, and procedure manuals, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.</li> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service, interacting with residents, clients, associates, and other contacts in a friendly and courteous manner.</li> <li>Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to follow standardized procedures in various practical situations.</li> <li>Uphold Griffis Residential standards by maintaining cleanliness in all common areas, including the clubhouse(s), fitness center, business center, and leasing office.</li> <li>Follow make-ready cleaning processes and standards, using the provided checklist to prepare apartments for new residents.</li> <li>Conduct touch-ups in apartments that have been ready for more than one week, ensuring they remain fresh and inviting.</li> <li>Communicate any community problems and maintenance issues promptly to the Service Manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school degree or equivalent required.</li> <li>Minimum of one (1) year of experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or a similar industry preferred.</li> <li>Ability to assess and fulfill community and apartment cleaning needs with great attention to detail.</li> <li>Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.</li> <li>Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and fostering an inclusive work environment.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks/Benefits:</strong><br>At GR we recognize that exceptional people need exceptional rewards.
