Housekeeper

<p>We’re seeking a <strong>full-time</strong> <strong>Housekeeper </strong>whose skills will help keep our beautiful senior living community clean, attractive, comfortable, and safe. More than a cleaner, you’ll interact with residents to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness of apartments. Other duties may include laundry service and deep-cleaning amenity spaces throughout the community. We're an award-winning employer offering a welcoming culture, competitive hourly rates, and full benefits, as well as on-the-job perks.</p> <div class="hidden-xs paragraph" data-automation="job-brief-description" data-bind="text: BriefDescription"> <p><strong>This opportunity is for the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday &amp; Sunday are required as needed.</strong></p> <h4>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</h4> <ul> <li> <div>Performs a variety of tasks which provide and maintain the cleanliness and safety of resident rooms/homes and common areas.</div> </li> <li> <div>Sanitize, vacuum, dust and perform trash removal, and maintain a clean, stocked housekeeping cart and closet.</div> </li> <li> <div>Coordinates daily housekeeping services with housekeeping management.</div> </li> <li> <div>Competently operates various types of cleaning equipment, both mechanical and electrical.</div> </li> <li> <div>Changes bed linens according to established standards.</div> </li> <li> <div>Recognizes and promptly reports maintenance problems and unsafe acts or conditions.</div> </li> <li> <div>Notifies supervisor when supplies are low and demonstrates responsibility for the conservation of supplies, chemicals, equipment, and utilities.</div> </li> <li> <div>Identifies areas for improvement, proposes possible solutions, and participates in data collection and process changes as part of the Quality Assurance Process Improvement process.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and follow instructions to complete routine tasks and communicate in a friendly, responsive manner.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>High school or equivalent.&nbsp;</li> <li>Previous housekeeping experience.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </div> <h4>&nbsp;</h4><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><em><strong>The hourly base wage range is a good faith estimate of the range Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting.
