Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficient task completion both Hotel & Residence staff.
- Assign specific duties to housekeeping staff, including Hotel & Residence cleaning and public area maintenance.
- Establish and enforce high cleanliness and hygiene standards for Residence guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
