Housekeeping Manager in Milos

for our property in Milos.

The successful candidate will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that guests experience exceptional cleanliness and comfort throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, maintaining high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service with attention to detail.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hotel policies and health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely room readiness and efficient guest services.
• Manage housekeeping budgets, control inventory, and order necessary supplies.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards and housekeeping best practices.
