<p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all areas (rooms, public spaces, offices, and staff areas) are cleaned and maintained to high standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct daily inspections and audits of guest areas, restrooms, lounges, and event spaces, addressing any deficiencies immediately.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they understand club standards, procedures, and safety expectations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Create and adjust daily work schedules and task lists based on occupancy, events, and business levels.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Liaise with front of house, events, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and prompt response to member needs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor housekeeping stock levels (e.g. cleaning supplies, linen, amenities) and assist with inventory control.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Enforce health, hygiene, and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with COSHH and manual handling practices.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Address member or guest feedback regarding cleanliness or housekeeping promptly and professionally.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead by example, promoting a positive team environment and strong work ethic.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">A successful </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Housekeeping Supervisor </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">2–3 years’ experience in a housekeeping supervisory or senior attendant role, ideally within luxury hospitality or private clubs</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, guest service, and back-of-house procedures</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
