SWOT Hospitality Management Company is excited to announce the launch of a new project on the beautiful Milos Island, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced
to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the pristine standards of our property.
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for an outstanding guest experience. Your leadership will ensure that our guests enjoy a meticulously clean and comfortable environment during their stay. You will work closely with management to maintain standards while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence among the staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
· Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
· Train and mentor housekeeping staff in best practices and company standards.
· Manage inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment.
· Handle guest inquiries and resolve incidents related to housekeeping promptly.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
