<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Jackie Robinson Training Complex (JRTC) serves as a year-round hub of Major League Baseball (MLB) amateur development initiatives and events designed to diversify and strengthen the talent pipelines of baseball and softball. After assuming operation of the facility in January 2019, MLB designated the complex as the permanent home to several of its signature youth-focused events and programs, such as the Nike RBI World Series and the Hank Aaron Invitational, which teach players how to succeed on the field, in the classroom, and in their communities. The historic facility, formerly known as Dodgertown, served as the Spring Training home of the Brooklyn and Los Angeles Dodgers for 60 years. Dodgertown opened in 1948 as the first racially integrated MLB Spring Training site in the South. On April 2, 2019, MLB renamed the facility the Jackie Robinson Training Complex in honor of its trailblazing namesake. font-size: 12pt;">The Houseperson for the Jackie Robinson Training Complex (JRTC) will maintain clean and sanitary rooms and common areas to ensure the best possible experience for guests.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Clean and maintain guest rooms, restrooms, public areas, offices, and meeting/conference rooms</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves) as needed</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Dust, polish furniture and fixtures, vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, wax floors, and remove trash</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform laundry and general cleaning duties in other buildings at the JRTC as needed</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain equipment in proper working condition and store it in designated areas</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform minor repairs in guest rooms and public areas</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Report any maintenance deficiencies or items in need of repair to the appropriate department</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, coworkers, and yourself</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Housekeeping experience preferred but not required</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30 lbs.)</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
