This role will work on-site at the plant and will provide assistance and support to&nbsp; all employees with HR-related questions as well as be the first impression for all visitors and guests.</p> <ul> <li>Monitor break room and office supply inventories, completing and organizing orders as necessary</li> <li>Manage the attendance call-in line, recording absences and updating timesheets appropriately, escalating attendance infractions to HR team for further action</li> <li>Respond to verifications of employment and other employment-related inquiries</li> <li>Maintain the HRIS on a regular basis by carefully reviewing and processing entries and employee changes</li> <li>Maintain various systems to enter new employees and archive inactive employees</li> <li>Create and post company and position updates throughout the plant</li> <li>Provide onboarding support to Sr. HR Coordinator including scheduling pre-employment appointments, sending background check requests, sending first day emails, and assisting candidates with challenges</li> <li>Maintain and update the company intranet with important updates and changes</li> <li>Assist with the planning and execution of company events</li> <li>Manage the lobby area including greeting new hires, candidates, applicants, visitors, etc.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to other department functions within the manufacturing plant as needed</li> <li>Act as a resource to employees throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination; provide assistance and direction on HR programs, benefits, payroll, policies, resources and procedures</li> <li>Assist others with special projects and/or tasks as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, be resourceful, proactive along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels within the organization</li> <li>Comfortable working in a multicultural environment</li> <li>Demonstrate collaborative and customer service mindset</li> <li>Ability to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity regarding employee information</li> <li>Proven agility mindset and is comfortable adapting to, navigating, and embracing change</li> <li>Required Education:<strong> </strong>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li> <li>Preferred Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration</li> <li> <p>Required Experience:<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior experience working in HR or other administrative function</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Preferred Experience:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>1+ year experience working in HR or other administrative function</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Golden Perks &amp;
