About the role
We are seeking a professional and organized HR Admin / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will support daily HR and administrative operations. Candidates with previous experience in real estate or hospitality are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Support HR tasks such as employee records, onboarding, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and management team
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
