Als HR adviseur bij Appèl ben je de rots in de branding voor een regio met veel verschillende locaties, managers en medewerkers. Jij zorgt dat het HR-beleid in Noord Nederland niet alleen klopt op papier, maar ook echt werkt in de praktijk. Je bent het gezicht van HR in het veld, pakt het voortouw in verzuimreductie, houdt grip op uren en contractwisselingen en adviseert managers scherp, eerlijk en met verstand van zaken.
