Key areas of advice may include; absence management, misconduct, gross misconduct, performance, FCA conduct rules, restructures, conflict resolution (This list is not exhaustive). </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Review existing HR policies, templates, and documentation, creating&nbsp;a single source&nbsp;of truth and streamlining a central portfolio of clear, consistent, and readily accessible documents.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Regularly meet&nbsp;with team leaders and managers to understand the People challenges in their area, highlighting risks &amp; issues and agreeing improvement actions; escalate relevant issues to line manager when relevant. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Develop and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;HR policies, processes and supporting documentation (e.g. letters) ensuring the Bank meets all legal and regulatory requirements, and actioning improvement opportunities. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Through policies, processes and&nbsp;behaviours&nbsp;operate&nbsp;in line with Tandem’s brand and values.  </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Ensure the language of all HR&nbsp;team&nbsp;with change initiatives e.g. organisational change/restructure activity. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Support the Bank’s regular people initiatives including; annual salary review process,&nbsp;biannual&nbsp;performance review process, employee engagement surveys,&nbsp;fit&nbsp;and proper assessment.  </span><span
