About the role
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Admin: Support day-to-day administrative tasks (Single Occupational Risk Assessment update, Mandatory French HR topics to review/update, data entry and onboarding/offboarding plan, among others.)
- Employee Experience & Culture: Help organize internal events, gatherings and initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and nurturing our company culture
- Payroll Variable Preparation : Learn how to prepare by collecting monthly payroll data
- Benefits & Onboarding Compliance: Oversee the enrollment and termination of employees process
- Legal & HR Support: Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding internal HR policies, vacation allowances, and standard administrative requests. You will also help the team perform legal monitoring on changes in French labor legislation
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (L3, M1, or M2) in Human Resources
- Passion for HR: You have a genuine interest in hr administration, people operations, talent development, and french employment law.
- Tools: Prior exposure to HRIS is a plus, Excel use mandatory
- Languages: Fluent in French, English (C1).
- Soft Skills: Active listening, strong organizational skills, and an absolute respect for confidentiality.
- Bonus: Previous theoretical knowledge of French labor regulations and knowledge of igaming industry is highly appreciated
