About the role
We are looking for an HR Assistant to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This is a contract role with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and selection process
Administration of employees contracts.
Help to ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Prepare documents and reports for governmental audits and SMETA audits.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Assist to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in close cooperation with the Management
Qualifications required
Willing to move to Kisemvule/Mkuranga or near by.
Proven working experience as HR Assistant or other HR related position
People oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources management (Contract preparation and administration.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Knowledge of Payroll systems.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Degree in Human Resources or related field
