About the role
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a seamless employee experience. This role will report to the Senior HR Business Partner and will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of processes across the employee lifecycle, while helping to maintain accuracy, compliance and engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in day-to-day HR operations and a variety of administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle.</li>
<li>Oversee the employee onboarding process including managing post recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, logistics and documentation.</li>
<li>Support offboarding processes by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring all processes are complete.</li>
<li>Own HR data management, including maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity across platforms.</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (eg, IT, Admin, etc) as needed to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and a seamless employee experience.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and address gaps in employee documentation and overall processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.</li>
<li>Help organise and facilitate employee engagement initiatives such as events, surveys or other such engagement activities.</li>
<li>Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating inputs and ensuring timely updates.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li>
<li>Deliver, refine and automate HR reports and analysis to identify key employee trends, producing periodic/ad-hoc HR dashboards, including headcount, attrition, onboarding, etc.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.</li>
<li>High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, GSuite, dashboard creation and analytics.</li>
<li>Ability to translate data into clear insights and data-backed recommendations.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically.</li>
<li>Able to prioritise complex workloads, manage time effectively and work well under pressure. </li>
<li>Strong analytical thinker and problem-solver; comfortable organising and interpreting data.</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li>
<li>Willing to take the initiative and provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to the success of the role/team.</li>
<li>Experience in design, video editing, AI and newer-age presentation tools is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices is a strong plus.</li>

<p><strong>This is a 3–6 month internship position with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.</strong></p>
