<p>Human Resources Intern (Part-Time)</p>
<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.</p>
<p><strong>Work Schedule</strong>: 20 hours per week </p>
<p><strong>Location</strong>: on-site in Milpitas, CA </p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Core Duties:</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Recruitment & Interview Coordination</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers</li>
<li>Communicate with candidates and management throughout the recruitment process</li>
<li>Assist with candidate tracking and recruitment administration</li>
<li>Support pre-employment activities, including background checks and employment documentation</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Onboarding & New Hire Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare onboarding materials and required employment documents</li>
<li>Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation sessions</li>
<li>Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>HR Administration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality</li>
<li>Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding</li>
<li>Assist with HR documentation, filing, and record retention</li>
<li>Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to details</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous administrative or internship experience is a plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now, SAP) and recruitment processes is preferred</li>
