HR Internship

You will gain valuable experience across multiple HR topics while working closely with experienced HR professionals.</p> <h2><strong>Your Role in Our Story:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>In essence, your role involves:</p> <ul> <li>Assisting with onboarding activities for new hires</li> <li>Helping maintain and update HR systems and employee records</li> <li>Supporting HR projects related to employee engagement, learning &amp; development, or employee branding</li> <li>Assisting with internal communication and HR initiatives</li> <li>Providing general administrative support to the HR team</li> </ul> <p>This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, real world HR experience in a fast-paced international trading environment. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain exposure to various HR projects.</p> <h2><strong>Your Expertise:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:</p> <ul> <li>Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field</li> <li>Available for a full-time internship for a duration of 5 - 6 months</li> <li>Available to work from our HQ office in Amsterdam Zuidas with flexibility regarding university classes&nbsp;</li> <li>Preference will be given to candidates who are eligible to work in Netherlands</li> <li>Organized, proactive and detail-oriented</li> <li>A strong communication with a people-focus mindset</li> <li>Fluent in English.
