This role is pivotal in aligning business objectives with people strategies across designated business units. Partnership</strong></h5> <ul> <li>Conduct regular alignment meetings with business units.</li> <li>Advise and support managers on HR matters and people strategies.</li> <li>Deliver day-to-day guidance on performance management (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions).</li> <li>Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <h5><strong>HR Advisory &amp; Consulting</strong></h5> <ul> <li>Resolve complex employee relations issues and lead investigations.</li> <li>Interpret and apply HR policies consistently across the organization.</li> <li>Guide managers on employee behavior, engagement, and conflict resolution.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <h5><strong>Operational HR Management</strong></h5> <ul> <li>Drive and optimize HR processes, policies, and procedures.</li> <li>Oversee all employee life cycle changes (e.g. promotions, transfers).</li> <li>Administer performance management within assigned business units.</li> <li>Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation.</li> <li>Lead and support HR annual cycle deliverables (engagement surveys, performance reviews, benefits enrollment, etc.).</li> <li>Identify workforce trends and propose training and development programs accordingly.</li> <li>Maintain and update HRIS (e.g., BambooHR) and coordinate with Payroll and HRIS providers.</li> </ul> <h5><strong>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding</strong></h5> <ul> <li>Forecast headcount needs in collaboration with business leaders.</li> <li>Participate in final-stage recruitment and support the hiring process.</li> <li>Co-facilitate onboarding programs for new hires.</li> <li>Promote and manage the Employee Referral Program.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years</strong> of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.</li> <li>Strong command of <strong>English</strong> (written &amp; spoken); <strong>Spanish</strong> is a plus.</li> <li>Proven knowledge across HR disciplines (compensation, employee relations, talent management, etc.).</li> <li>Experience with <strong>HR systems</strong> (preferably BambooHR).</li> <li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification is a plus.</li> <li>Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.</li> <li>In-depth understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Proficiency with <strong>Microsoft
