BrainRocket is looking for an <strong>HR Business Partner</strong> to join our dynamic team in Poland!</p> <p>In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, champion employee experience, and help shape a people-first environment where everyone can thrive and grow.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></h3> <p><strong>Culture &amp; Employee Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with department heads to develop team-specific culture initiatives.</li> <li>Lead employee feedback sessions to strengthen engagement strategies.</li> <li>Support and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across BrainRocket.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Training &amp; Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the rollout of training programs tailored to business needs.</li> <li>Identify skill gaps and create learning initiatives that support growth.</li> <li>Facilitate engaging workshops to upskill individuals and teams.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Guide managers in setting expectations and running effective reviews.</li> <li>Ensure consistent performance practices across the organization.</li> <li>Provide daily support on policy interpretation and performance matters.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Career Development &amp; Succession Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent.</li> <li>Build structured career pathways to support long-term retention.</li> <li>Contribute to strategic workforce planning and organizational design.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Employee Relations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Handle complex employee relations matters with fairness and care.</li> <li>Advise managers on coaching, disciplinary action, and employee engagement.</li> <li>Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk through sound HR practices.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Recruitment &amp; Hiring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate in the interview and selection process to ensure great hiring decisions.</li> <li>Support recruitment strategies that attract diverse, top-tier talent.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Payroll Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate inputs for bonuses, overtime, and deductions.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Change Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help teams adapt to change with resilience and a positive mindset.</li> <li>Strengthen morale and collaboration during organizational transitions.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Jump into new projects or responsibilities as needed – we’re growing fast!<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>&nbsp;What We’re Looking For:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or managerial role.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s/HR certification is a plus).</li> <li>Strong knowledge of employment law, performance management, and employee engagement.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re a people person and a problem-solver.</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why Join BrainRocket?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company with a global presence.</li> <li>Work with brilliant colleagues across 20+ markets.</li> <li>Join a culture that values growth, inclusion, and creativity.</li> <li>Enjoy opportunities for continuous learning and meaningful impact.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Bold moves start here.
