This role is a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and HR strategy, with a strong focus on partnership and people experience.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with leaders, including executives, on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness</li> <li>Provide guidance on employment laws, HR policies, and best practices across U.S. and international teams</li> <li>Handle employee relations matters (terminations, investigations, reductions, difficult conversations)</li> <li>Manage HRIS data, reporting, and compliance requirements</li> <li>Support and improve HR programs, training, and key initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of HR experience (HRBP or Generalist; HRBP preferred)</li> <li>International HR experience supporting teams outside the U.S. (e.g., EMEA, APAC)</li> <li>Experience partnering with executive leaders and supporting larger organizations</li> <li>Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of employment law</li> <li>HRIS experience required (Workday preferred)</li> <li>Ability to operate independently and serve as a primary HR point of contact</li> <li>People-focused, relationship-driven approach</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working Conditions: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location</li> <li>0-10% travel may be required  &nbsp;</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>ConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
