About the role
We're on the lookout for an energetic and people-driven HR Business Partner to join a growing international logistics company based in Katowice. In this role, you’ll connect with leaders across Europe, help shape the workplace culture, and bring smart, people-first ideas to life in a team that values collaboration and innovation.
How you'll make an impact:
- Partner closely with business leaders across the region to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Design and implement organizational structures that support local and global demands.
- Drive employee experience initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders
Champion company culture and ensure alignment with values across all HR touchpoints. - Lead talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability programs.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Support and coach managers on employee relations and performance topics.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global standards.
- Manage HR projects and continuous improvement efforts across locations
Does this sound like you?
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational environments.
- Track record as an HRBP in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience overseeing teams or operations across multiple countries.
- Strong background in organizational design, talent management, and HR project leadership.
- Comfortable navigating permanent employment and contractor/outsourcing models.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, change enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
- Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication and advisory skills.
