About the role

The job holder will serve as the primary HR focal point with employees, acting as the first line of support for all employees on-site. He/she will be responsible for addressing employees’ inquiries, requests, and concerns, while ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes and services.

Onboarding and Offboarding Operations

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, required logistics and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth clearance of employees.

Employee-related services & Benefits

  • Handle the delivery of daily benefits such as medical care services, transportation services, employee reservations, and mobile services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Track and report on employee attendance and leave records approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage business missions for employees, and handle hotel and flight reservations to ensure all travel arrangements are efficiently managed.
  • Create and deliver various HR-related documents & certificates, including salary letters, experience certificates and other employee relations (ER) letters as needed.
  • Handle employees' inquiries and requests through HRIS, employee voice platforms and direct communication channels

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Years of experience: From 3 to 5 as HR Generalist or Business Partner.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Knowledge in Ms Office.
