<p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">The HR Coordinator is a key member of the Human Resources team, supporting day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role focuses on onboarding, employee support, and HR process coordination, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for Team Members and Team Leaders. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, people-oriented, and brings sound judgment, a solid HR foundation, and a strong commitment to upholding confidentiality.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Provide administrative support to the VP of HR, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, invoice handling, and vendor documentation</span></li>
<li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Coordinate HR-related meetings and communications, including onboarding sessions, exit interviews, HR leadership meetings, and the weekly HR Insider</span></li>
<li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Serve as a trusted first point of contact for Team Members, providing timely guidance on HR policies, procedures, and lifecycle processes — triaging the HR inbox and escalating matters as appropriate</span></li>
<li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Maintain personnel records, files, and organizational charts in compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements, and submit IT tickets to support Team Member changes</span></li>
<li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Support the onboarding process — including preparing orientation materials, on-site communications, documentation, and HRIS completion — ensuring a seamless experience for every new hire</span></li>
<li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions including job changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy, documentation completeness, and timely processing</span></li>
<li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Support Team Leaders in navigating HR processes, including performance management cycles, documentation requirements, and policy application</span></li>
<li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Participate in the administration and communication of HR programs such as performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and policy rollouts</span></li>
<li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Maintain and develop HR resources, templates, and documentation to support consistency and operational effectiveness across the organization</span></li>
<li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Analyze basic HR data and trends to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to HR initiatives that enhance Team Member experience</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</span></li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">1+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or executive/administrative support</span></li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook</span></li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills</span></li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Working knowledge of HR principles, employment lifecycle processes, and basic employment law and compliance requirements</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Prior experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, or HR operations functions</span></li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform such as ADP Workforce or similar</span></li>
