Experience: Recruiting: 2 year (Preferred)
Tasks
- 1\. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
- aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- 2\. Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media platforms,
- networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct
- initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- 3\. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a
- positive and professional experience for all applicants.
- 4\. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, establish job
- requirements, and develop job descriptions.
- 5\. Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers,
- and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- 6\. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the biotech and hospital sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations and collaborate with departmental heads.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to handle HR data and generate reports.
