<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The Human Resources Generalist is a key contributor to the day-to-day delivery of HR operations and employee experience across the organization. This role supports the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on execution, coordination, and service delivery, ensuring that HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs.<br><br>Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the HR Generalist partners closely with managers and employees to provide timely, practical HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.<br><br></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">CHRP designation (or in progress) is highly desirable.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator capacity.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong knowledge of Ontario ESA, OHRC, AODA, OHSA, and HR best practices.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience supporting core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proven ability to handle employee relations matters, including performance management and policy interpretation, with sound judgment.<br></span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong judgment and discretion in managing sensitive matters. <br></span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proficiency in HRIS and ATS, MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel), and modern HR tools and platforms.<br></span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to effectively engage and support stakeholders at all levels.<br></span></li>

<p>This position is based in a hybrid work arrangement, with employees working on-site four (4) days per week and the option to work remotely one (1) day per week, based on business needs. Employees will be required to come on-site as needed and are expected to reside in Ontario and within a reasonable commuting distance of the office/campus.</p>
