<p>As a HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in the employee life cycle of our security officers in the Atlanta branch. Your expertise will help us build a best in class employee lifecycle ensures safety and security for our clients. <p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, me-to-hire, and cost-per-hire)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Ensure employees' requests and grievances are handled in a timely manner with professionalism and discretion</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Conduct employee investigations and investigate disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, interviewing witnesses and reviewing pertinent materials</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Recommend, prepare, and as appropriate, assist in the administration of corrective actions</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Enforce and assist in the development of company policies</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Maintain accurate records of employees with the use of reports and audits</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Other dues to be determined by management</span></li>
</ul>
<p style="margin-left: .25in;"><strong><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Qualifications:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Master's/bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field preferred</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Knowledge of labor laws and regulations</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Experience with policy review and creation</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Professional demeanor and appearance</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Excellent computer skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Attentive to detail</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Experience with ADP is a plus</span></li>
