HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support and services to employees and management, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

The role

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Participate in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Assist in the development and implementation of effective sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
• Assist in administering employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, meal vouchers and other perks
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Process payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the HR team and external providers
• Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and goal setting
• Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Support company’s office management including space planning/design vendor contracts and office services
• Stay updated on HR trends and advise on best practices in the local market and industry

Requirements 

• Proven working experience in an HR Generalist role or related HR functions
• Fluency in English language
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations
• People oriented mindset and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is nice to have
