<h1>Human Resources Generalist</h1>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Location:</strong> Rise Corporate Office – Houston, TX<br><strong>Compensation:</strong> $60,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience<br><strong>Employment Status:</strong> Full-Time</p>

<h2>Position Overview</h2>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Rise Association Management Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing recruiting, employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, and compliance responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a key resource for employees and managers while helping ensure a positive employee experience and supporting the continued growth of the organization.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Recruiting & Talent Acquisition</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer stage</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements</li>
<li>Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process</li>
<li>Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records</li>
<li>Support onboarding activities for new hires</li>
</ul>
<h3>Employee Relations & HR Support</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Serve as a point of contact for employee relations questions and workplace concerns</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters</li>
<li>Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives</li>
<li>Help maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture</li>
<li>Support implementation of company policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
<h3>Payroll, Benefits & Compliance</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Assist with payroll processing across multiple entities as needed</li>
<li>Support benefits administration and respond to employee benefit inquiries</li>
<li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation</li>
<li>Assist with compliance efforts related to federal, state, and local employment laws</li>
<li>Help ensure compliance with payroll regulations, labor laws, and company policies</li>
<li>Support audits, reporting, and other HR administrative functions</li>

<h2>Required Skills & Qualifications</h2>
<h3>Experience</h3>

<li>Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required</li>
<li>Experience with full-cycle recruiting required</li>
<li>Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration preferred</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills & Abilities</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Skills</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Experience with HRIS systems required</li>
<li>Paylocity experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred</li>
<li>Greenhouse experience preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required</li>
