<h2><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. </li>
<li>Fluent in Spanish and English </li>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR roles. </li>
<li>Knowledge of labor legislation and health & safety is highly valued. </li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. </li>
