We’re working with dozens of sources to provide a superior experience across screens and platforms, including mobile, video, social and native.</p></div><p>We are looking for a hands-on <strong>HR Generalist &amp; Office Administrator</strong> to support day-to-day HR operations, payroll-related processes, and employee lifecycle management in EMEA while also providing light office administration support in UK.</p> <p>This role acts as a key coordination point between internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, IT) and external partners. It is ideal for someone highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with both operational and people-facing responsibilities.</p> <p>*Expected to travel once per month to Paris and Montpellier offices.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities (Must-Have)</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Employee Relations &amp; HR Support</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Support <strong>1:1 meetings</strong> with managers and employees (coordination, preparation, follow-up).</li> <li>Handle day-to-day <strong>HR-related questions and employee issues</strong>.</li> <li>Participate in <strong>HR team activities and initiatives</strong>.</li> <li>Contribute to <strong>HR policies and internal communications</strong>.</li> <li>Support <strong>training coordination and learning initiatives</strong>.</li> <li>Assist with <strong>employee engagement activities</strong> (events, surveys, well-being initiatives)</li> <li>Support <strong>recruitment</strong> activities&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h4><strong>HR Operations &amp; Employee Lifecycle</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Manage <strong>employee onboarding and offboarding processes</strong>, including HR systems (BOB), IT coordination, access management, and documentation.</li> <li>Coordinate <strong>termination processes</strong>, ensuring accurate updates in HR and IT systems.</li> <li>Maintain and organize <strong>HR documentation</strong>, including internal guides, credentials, and access-related records.</li> <li>Support <strong>payroll-related processes</strong> in coordination with external payroll providers.</li> <li>Support <strong>health insurance</strong> administration (enrollments, changes, terminations)</li> <li>Work with HR and payroll tools such as <strong>Velocity</strong> and <strong>Deel</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Office Administration :&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support <strong>office management</strong> topics, including suppliers, office logistics, and coordination with coworking spaces.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Profile &amp; Skills</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Required</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Fluent French</strong> and <strong>professional-level English</strong>.</li> <li>At least 3 years of Experience in&nbsp;<strong>HR generalist role</strong></li> <li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, Sales, IT).</li> <li>High level of discretion and comfort handling <strong>confidential information</strong>.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Nice to Have but not a must</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience working with <strong>BOB, Velocity</strong> , <strong>Deel</strong> or a similar HRIS.</li> <li>Experience in a <strong>tech, scale-up, or international environment</strong>.</li> </ul>
