The position (Full Time /HR Associate, Iraq / Baghdad) are based in Iraq / Baghdad and will report directly to the P&C BP and will be responsible to Support daily HR operations and ensure accurate execution of administrative processes that improve employee experience and maintain compliance with company policies.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Maintain and update employee personnel files records and HR databases
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews, sending all required emails and proceed with all communication during hiring process
- Prepare employment contracts and official HR documents and all required forms and documentation to align with the staff personnel files standard
- Track attendance, leave requests, and employee data
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and offboarding process for leavers
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures and standard daily operations
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Assist in payroll management and processes for it
- Prepare regular HR reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
- Provide awareness on Arcera behaviors, values, policies, and systems.
- Follow up on all employees’ requests link to HR Departments
- Follow-up with all staff on accomplish for all available required Training.
- Maintain up to date information of employees on Arcera HR Database.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Respond to employees’ inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Participate in different HR development projects.
Experience & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation skills
- High level of intellectual curiosity
- Self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
