Main Responsibilities
Help improve employee retention
Check why people leave and help fix the problem
Support onboarding and probation
Help with performance reviews
Create and improve career growth plans
Work with managers on employee concerns
Help plan learning activities with the training team
Track HR metrics like retention, engagement, and training
Make sure HR policies support learning and growth
Skills & Qualifications
HR experience (learning, engagement, or retention)
Knows how to talk to employees and managers
Organized and detail-oriented
Can use HR tools, trackers, and SOPs
Can handle private employee information
Good at problem solving
