We are at a key turning point. As we transition from a start-up mindset to a more structured, scalable business model—post-acquisition readiness included—we’re seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead this journey.

This isn’t your typical HR role. You will be instrumental in positioning HR as a true business partner, aligning people strategy with product innovation and revenue growth. You will lead the shaping of our internal culture, guide leadership through change, and design scalable HR processes from scratch—all while navigating the exciting shift from early-stage operations to corporate maturity.

The HR Senior Manager’s responsibilities are governed by:

 

  • The Mission, Vision, and Strategic Goals of the Company as strategic pear of CEO ( Artem G.)  and COO ( Louis M. )
  • Operating Plans of the Company
  • Internal Labor Regulations
  • Orders and instructions from Company leadership
  • Internal policies governing HR and Company departments
  • Applicable national and international labor legislation

Education

Higher Education in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related

Experience

10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 in a senior or strategic role

Expertise

Talent Acquisition, Generalist HR, Organizational Development

Sector Knowledge

Proven experience in tech/technology companies

Languages

Fluent in English and Portuguese | Nice to have Russian language

Certifications (optional)

HR Certifications (e.g. , CIPD) are a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic & Leadership

  1. Partner with executive leadership to define and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives
  2. Lead and develop the HR team (where applicable), fostering collaboration, accountability, and ownership
  3. Design and implement HR programs aligned with organizational growth and culture

Core HR Operations
4. Oversee compensation and benefits to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
5. Lead talent management programs (performance, development, succession, and engagement)
6. Support organizational design and change management initiatives
7. Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and company policies
8. Act as key contact for complex employee relations and conflict resolution

People & Culture
9. Promote a culture of high performance, inclusion, and psychological safety
10. Align HR practices with ethical standards and Company values

Reporting & Metrics
11. Analyze and act on HR metrics and KPIs to inform decisions and improvements
12. Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting in line with legal and internal standards

 

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  1. Adhere to corporate values, code of conduct, and internal regulations
  2. Ensure compliance with information security and data protection policies close with CISO ( Artem T. )
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver shared business results
  4. Use working hours effectively and efficiently
  5. Participate in corporate events, internal communications, and training
  6. Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and data privacy
  7. Respond promptly and professionally to internal and/or external client inquiries
  8. Prevent misuse of company resources and protect company property
  9. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, tools, and processes
  10. Ensure execution of assigned tasks within KPI guidelines (if applicable)

The HR Senior Manager is responsible for:

  • Non-performance or inadequate execution of assigned duties
  • Exceeding authority or violating labor discipline
  • Misuse of working time and violation of internal regulations
  • Causing material or reputational damage to the Company
  • Disclosure of confidential information
  • Violation of occupational health, safety, and fire safety policies
  • Failure to comply with data protection, ethical conduct
  • Inaccurate or misleading information within the scope of their role
